CHARACTERISTICS:

These Electropermanent magnetic plates with radial pole are suitable for fixing iron pieces in vertical and horizontal clamping lathes, as well as in grinding machines.

They guarantee the grinding and turning of all surfaces to be machined that are not in contact with the plate, avoiding deformations and with maximum attraction force. Therefore, discs and rings with a weak structure, which with a traditional mooring system suffer deformations when being fixed to the machine, can be worked easily and with all guarantees.

The radial polarity allows the development of homogeneous forces when fixing the pieces, whatever their size or shape. In addition, SELTER supplies different types of accessories to facilitate the positioning of the pieces to be machined, with which it obtains great speed and efficiency in its manipulation.

The SELTER offer in the RADI-POL range includes models with various diameters, up to Ø 2,500 mm in a single piece, according to the customer's needs. It also has a version with an electronic system that allows the total elimination of residual magnetism from machined parts.
