ELECTROMAGNETIC CHUCKS

Universal chucks with good magnetic holding power, suitable for all types of work on grinding or milling machines, depending on their pole pitch.

Features:

These chucks require a control unit to supply the appropriate voltages for magnetization and demagnetization.

Polarity types:

STANDARD POLE PITCH
Suitable for grinding all types of workpieces. 20 mm transverse pole pitch for iron and 4 mm for brass for most sizes. Smaller chucks are supplied with a 15-4 pole pitch. Pulling force: 120 N/cm²

FINE POLE STEPS
Finer pole steps are available for grinding small workpieces (40 mm or less).

POLE PITCH 45-5 mm
45 mm transverse pole pitch for iron and 5 mm for brass. Suitable for milling workpieces 80 mm and longer. Provides good clamping of workpieces with large air gaps, such as cast, oxy-fuel cut, and forged parts. Pulling force: 140 N/cm²
