CIRCULAR PERMANENT MAGNET MAGNETIC CHUCKS

These chucks are adaptable to lathes and grinding machines. They are installed using a backplate, just like standard chucks with clamps. They feature progressive magnetization to facilitate workpiece centering. Chucks with a diameter of 250 mm or larger offer the option of drilling a hole in the center of the top plate to accommodate a centering device.

Polarity Types:

EXTRA FINE
Extra fine pole pitch: 1.5-0.8 (1.5 mm iron, 0.8 mm brass). Suitable for small or thin workpieces (less than 5 mm). Magnetic field spread: 1.5 mm. Holding force: 80 N/cm²

FI-POL
Fine pole pitch: 6-1.5-2-1.5 (6 mm iron, 1.5 mm brass, 2 mm iron, and 1.5 mm brass). Suitable for small or thin workpieces (less than 5 mm). Magnetic field spread: 5 mm. Pulling force: 80 N/cm²

MAX-POL
Pole pitch 8-5: 8 mm iron and 5 mm brass. Stronger magnetic force than the Fi-Pol. Suitable for all types of workpieces, from 5 mm thick to very large. Magnetic field spread: 10 mm. Pulling force: 120 N/cm²
